The Board of the Agrowill group, AB at February 20, 2013, decided to establish the procedure for the sale of shares of UAB ŽemÄ�s vystymo fondas 1, UAB ŽemÄ�s vystymo fondas 2 and BUAB ŽemÄ�s vystymo fondas 8 held by Agrowill Group, AB at public auction.

Brokerage company FMI UAB "Orion Securities" is authorised to organize and run the public auction.

The Rules of the procedure for the sale of shares of UAB ŽemÄ�s vystymo fondas 1, UAB ŽemÄ�s vystymo fondas 2 and BUAB ŽemÄ�s vystymo fondas 8 held by Agrowill Group, AB at public auction, is available at Company’s website www.agrowill.lt.
