EB Holding S.ar.l, which had 5 733 589 votes from owned and the Meeting registered shares accounting for total number of 52.07% votes on the Meeting and 25.93% votes in the Company,

Casting Brake S.L, which had 2 780 106 votes from owned and the Meeting registered shares accounting for total number of 25.25% votes on the Meeting and 12.57% votes in the Company,

Funds managed by Templeton Asset Management Ltd., which had 1 348 058 votes from owned and the Meeting registered shares accounting for total number of 12.24% votes on the Meeting and 6.10% votes in the Company,
