PARTIAL SPIN OFF IN FAVOUR OF UNICREDIT S.P.A. OF THE GOING CONCERN RELATED TO THE SEGREGATE ACCOUNTS FOR PRIVATE BANKING CLIENTS OF PIONEER INVESTMENTS MANAGEMENT S.G.R.P.A.
PRESS RELEASE PURSUANT TO SECTION 70, PARAGRAPH 5, LETT.A) OF CONSOB REGULATION n 11971/99
In relation with the partial spin off in favour of UniCredit of the going concern related to segregated accounts for private banking clients of Pioneer Investments Management S.G.R.p.A., having Bank of Italy granted its authorization as provided by for Article 57 of the Italian Banking Act and for Article 34 of the Consolidated Law for Financial Intermediation, the following documentation has been put today at the disposal of the public
1. partial spin off plan;
2. balance sheets as at 31 December 2010, taken as financial statements of the companies involved in the project.
The same documentation has also been published on the web site http://www.unicredigroup.eu, in the section Governance, Corporate transactions.
