AVIASG (ASG): Mr. Zilvinas Lapinskas and Mr. Anatolij Legenzov were elected to the Management Board of Avia Solutions Group AB - raport 19

Mr. Zilvinas Lapinskas, a former head of the City Service Group, who is acting in the position of the CEO of FL Technics AB since 3 December 2013, and Mr. Anatolij Legenzov, who is acting in the position of the CEO of Helisota UAB since 31 October 2013, were elected to the Management Board of Avia Solutions Group AB.
Herewith Mr. Zilvinas Lapinskas and Mr. Anatolij Legenzov undertook the vacant positions from the Board members - Mr. Jonas Butautis and Mr. Saulius Batavicius which were re-called from the board members as a result of their resignation from the managers of the subsidiaries. The new members are elected for the current term of the Board until 25 August 2014, but in any case not longer than until the annual General Meeting of Shareholders, to be held in 2014.
