KSGAGRO (KSG): ING Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. holds below 5% in KSG Agro Share Capital - raport 6

The Board of Directors of KSG Agro S.A. (the "Company") informs that on 26th of March 2013 the Company received a letter from ING Parasol Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty and ING Specjalistyczny Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty Akcji2 managed and represented according to Polish Law on Investment Funds by ING Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. (ING TFI), with its registered seat in Topiel 12 str., 00-342 Warsaw, Poland.
With this letter ING TFI informs the Company that in the result of the transaction settled on 7th of March 2013 ING Parasol Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty and ING Specjalistyczny Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty Akcji2 managed and represented according to Polish Law on Investment Funds by ING Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. holds below 5% share in capital and votes at the General Meeting of KSG Agro S.A.
Before the transaction ING TFI held 760 119 shares (seven hundred sixty thousand one hundred nineteen) which represented 5,09% share in capital and votes at the General Meeting of the Company.
After the transaction ING Parasol Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty and ING Specjalistyczny Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty Akcji2 managed and represented according to Polish Law on Investment Funds by ING Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. holds 698 030 shares (six hundred ninety eight thousand thirty) which represents 4,67% share in capital and votes at the General Meeting of the Company.

Legal grounds: Article 5 (2) of the Luxembourg law of 11 January 2008 relating to the transparency requirements in relation to information about issuers whose securities are admitted to trading on a regulated market and Article 56 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on public offering, conditions governing the introduction of financial instruments to organized trading systems and on public companies.
