PHOENIX (PHO): The establishment of three project companies in Italy / Założenie trzech spółek celowych we Włoszech - raport 30
The Management Board of Photon Energy a.s. announces that on 10 May 2011 the company formed the three Italian project companies Photon IT SPV1 s.r.l., Photon IT SPV2 s.r.l. and Photon IT SPV3 s.r.l. through its fully-owned Netherlands-based investment holding Photon Energy Investments IT N.V., which is fully owned by the Issuer.
The companies are domiciled in Milan, have a base capital of EUR 10,000 (CZK 242,500 or PLN 39,280) each and have been established to hold the project rights of yet-to-be developed or acquired photovoltaic projects in Italy. Negotiations with several potential project developers are ongoing.
Legal basis: § 3 ust. 1 of the Appendix 3 to Regulations of the Alternative Trading System - "Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System".

Zarząd Photon Energy a.s. informuje, że w dniu 10 maja 2011 r., zostały założone trzy spółki zależne we Włoszech tj.: Photon IT SPV 1 s.r.l., Photon IT SPV 2 s.r.l. oraz Photon IT SPV 3 s.r.l., w których Photon Energy Investments IT N.V., spółka holdingowa z siedzibą w Holandii, posiada 100% udziałów. Photon Energy a.s. posiada 100% udziałów w Photon Energy Investments IT N.V.
Siedzibą spółek jest Milan a kapitał podstawowy każdej z nich wynosi EUR 10,000 (CZK 242,500; PLN 39,280). Spółki zostały założone celem objęcia udziałów w projektach fotowoltaicznych, które Photon Energy planuje nabyć we Włoszech. Na dzień dzisiejszy, spółka prowadzi negocjacje z kilkoma potencjalnymi deweloperami.
Podstawa prawna: § 3 ust. 1 Załącznika Nr 3 do Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu - "Informacje bieżące i okresowe przekazywane w alternatywnym systemie obrotu na rynku NewConnect".
