PHOENIX (PHO): The establishment of three new subsidiaries in German / Utworzenie trzech nowych spółek zależnych w Niemczech - raport 28

The Management Board of Photon Energy a.s. announces that on 5 May 2011 the company established the three fully-owned subsidiaries Photon Energy Deutschland GmbH (share capital of EUR 100,000, CZK 2.419 million, PLN 394,060), Photon Engineering Deutschland GmbH (share capital of EUR 100,000, CZK 2.419 million, PLN 394,060) and Photon Management Deutschland GmbH (share capital of EUR 25,000, CZK 604,750 million, PLN 98,515) with their seats in Berlin, Germany.

These subsidiaries will provide the legal basis for Photon Energy's entry into the German market.

Legal basis: § 3 ust. 1 of the Appendix 3 to Regulations of the Alternative Trading System - "Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System".

Zarząd Photon Energy a.s. informuje, że w dniu 5 maja 2011 r. złożył dokumenty rejestracyjne w sprawie utworzenia trzech spółek zależnych, w których Photon Energy posiada 100% udziałów, w tym: Photon Energy Deutschland GmbH (kapitał akcyjny w wysokości EUR 100,000; CZK 2.419 mln; PLN 394,060), Photon Engineering Deutschland GmbH (kapitał akcyjny w wysokości EUR 100,000; CZK 2.419 mln; PLN 394,060) oraz Photon Management Deutschland GmbH (kapitał akcyjny w wysokości EUR 25,000; CZK 604,750 million; PLN 98,515) z siedzibą w Berlinie, w Niemczech.

Spółki te stanowić będą podstawę prawną ekspansji Photon Energy na rynku niemieckim.

Podstawa prawna: § 3 ust. 1 Załącznika Nr 3 do Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu - "Informacje bieżące i okresowe przekazywane w alternatywnym systemie obrotu na rynku NewConnect".
