ICDP (ICD): Publication of ICPD financial reports on NewConnect - raport 13

Intercapital Property Development ADSIC, a company incorporated and conducting business in the Republic of Bulgaria, registered with the Commercial Registry by the Bulgarian Registration Agency under number EIK 131397743, having its seat and registered address in Sofia, 7a Aksakov Street, floor 4 (hereinafter referred to as "ICPD") reports that according to the Bulgarian law:

publication of its quarterly report for QIII 2010 will take place on November 01, 2010

publication of its consolidated quarterly report for QIII 2010 will take place on November 30, 2010

publication of its quarterly report for QIV 2010 will take place on January 31, 2011

publication of its consolidated quarterly report for QIV 2010 will take place on February 28, 2011

publication of its annual report for the year 2010 will take place on March 31, 2011

publication of its consolidated annual report for the year 2010 will take place on April 29, 2011.

All previous ICPD quarterly reports and consolidated quarterly reports for the year 2010 and previous years have been published on the ICPD website before August 3, 2010, i.e. before the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange took its resolution No. 780/2010 on admission the 4 823 627 ICPD shares to trading in the alternative trading system NewConnect operated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

Legal basis: § 17 Section 3 of the Alternative Trading System Rules NewConnect and Article 6 point 14.1 of the Annex 3 to Regulation "Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System".
