PHOENIX (PHO): Photon Energy announces the signing of a 3 MWp photovoltaic project development and acquisition agreement - raport 24

The Management Board of Photon Energy announces that on 4 May 2010 Photon Energy a.s. has signed a framework agreement for the completion of the project development and subsequent acquisition of two projects with installed capacities of 1.5 MWp each in the municipality of Zdice in the Central Bohemia region with three private individuals.

Both projects are expected to be prepared for construction by the end of August 2010. Photon Energy intends to build these two plants for its proprietary portfolio.

Photon Energy and its board members are unrelated to the three private individuals developing the two projects.
