PHOENIX (PHO): Photon Energy announces the grid connection of the Mostkovice and Záhořany PV plants - raport 38

The management board of Photon Energy a.s. on 23 December 2009 announces that on this day the 795 KWp photovoltaic plant in Mostkovice, which Photon Energy's fully-owned subsidiary Photon Engineering s.r.o. constructed for its client Photon SPV 3 s.r.o. on the basis of a turn-key EPC contract (EBI report 33/2009) was connected to the electricity grid of E.ON Distribuce, a.s. On the same day, the 758 KWp photovoltaic plant in Záhořany, which Photon Engineering s.r.o. constructed for its client Photon Energie s.r.o. on the basis of a turn-key EPC contract (EBI report 34/2009) was connected to the electricity grid of ČEZ Distribuce, a.s.

As required by the law electricity has been supplied to the electricity grid and thus the feed-in-tariff for the year 2009 has been secured for both power plants. Photon SPV 3 s.r.o. and Photon Energie s.r.o. are fully owned by Raiffeisen - Leasing Real Estate s.r.o. (RLRE).

Photon Energy and its board members are unrelated to RLRE.
