PHOENIX (PHO): Photon Energy a.s. announces the resignation of a member of its supervisory board - raport 8

The supervisory board of Photon Energy a.s. has on 12 May 2009 held a meeting at which it accepted the resignation of John Vax as a member of the supervisory board, which has immediate effect.

The supervisory board has not co-opted a new member to fill the vacant position. Mr. Vax's replacement will be elected and appointed at Photon Energy's next Annual General Meeting.

Legal basis: Article 3 point 11 of the Annex 1 to Resolution No. 346/2007 of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board dated 30 May 2007 "Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System".
