The Management Board of Photon Energy a.s. announces that it has been informed by Photon Energy N.V., its controlling shareholder, that Photon Energy N.V. signed an engagement letter with C'M'S' Derks Start Busmann N.V., based in Amsterdam, for the provision of legal services, including among other things, the preparation of the share exchange to be addressed to the minority shareholders of Photon Energy a.s. by Photon Energy N.V., and the preparation of the admission to trading of Photon Energy N.V. on the NewConnect market.
C'M'S' Derks Start Busmann N.V. has been engaged as the lead legal counsel in the envisaged transaction and will be co-ordinating the process with the support of CMS's Prague and Warsaw offices.
Legal basis: § 3 ust. 2 point no.2 of the Appendix 3 to Regulations of the Alternative Trading System - "Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System".

Zarząd Photon Energy a.s. informuje, iż otrzymał informację od Photon Energy N.V., akcjonariusza kontrolującego Spółkę, o podpisaniu umowy z C'M'S' Derks Start Busmann N.V., z siedzibą w Amsterdamie, na świadczenie usług prawnych obejmujących, między innymi, przygotowanie procesu wymiany akcji akcjonariuszy mniejszościowych Photon Energy a.s. na akcje spółki Photon Energy N.V. oraz przygotowanie do wprowadzenia akcji Photon Energy N.V. do obrotu na rynku NewConnect.
C'M'S' Derks Start Busmann N.V. pełni rolę wiodącej kancelarii prawnej w planowanej transakcji i będzie koordynował proces przy udziale kancelarii CMS w Pradze i Warszawie.
Podstawa prawna: § 3 ust. 2 Załącznika Nr 3 do Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu - "Informacje bieżące i okresowe przekazywane w alternatywnym systemie obrotu na rynku NewConnect".
