ICDP (ICD): Decision of the Board of Directors on signing an agreement with MBL - Part of the CB Richard Ellis Network for assigning them to carry out an investment researc - raport 3

Intercapital Property Development ADSIC, a company incorporated and conducting business in the Republic of Bulgaria, registered with the Commercial Registry by the Bulgarian Registration Agency under number EIK 131397743, having its seat and registered address in Sofia, 7a Aksakov Street, floor 4, (hereinafter referred to as "ICPD") announces that on 18.01.2011 the Company's Board of Directors took a decision to sign an agreement with MBL, Bulgaria and to assign them to carry out an investment research and valuation of the commercial properties owned by the Company in Marina Cape Vacation Complex. The valuation is necessary with regard to the drawing up of a prospectus for capital increase of ICPD through initial public offering, the decision for which was taken by the Board of Directors on 14.01.2011. Pursuant to the clauses of the Law on the special purpose vehicles and the Law on the public offering of securities each public company is obliged to present current and complete information for its assets. In this regard ICPD should provide a topical valuation of the commercial properties it owns in Marina Cape Vacation Complex, carried out by a licensed real estate services company.
