ICDP (ICD): Decision of the Board of Directors for a change in the issue price of the new offered shares from the forthcoming capital increase - raport 7

Intercapital Property Development ADSIC, a company incorporated and conducting business in the Republic of Bulgaria, registered with the Commercial Registry by the Bulgarian Registration Agency under number EIK 131397743, having its seat and registered address in Sofia, 7a Aksakov Street, floor 4 (hereinafter referred to as "ICPD") announces that on 07.03.2011 the Company's Board of Directors took a decision to change the issue price of the new offered shares from the forthcoming capital increase of the Company, the decision for which was taken by the Board of Directors on 14.01.2011. The issue price changes from BGN 3.00 to BGN 2.30 per share.

On the meeting held on 07.03.2011 the Board of Directors approved also the revised prospectus for initial public offering of shares from the Company's capital increase due to the change in the issue price of the new shares. The revised prospectus includes also the respective amendments due to a letter of the Financial Supervision Commission containing instructions for corrections and complements to the initially deposited version of the prospectus.

The so revised prospectus for the Company's capital increase has been submitted to the Financial Supervision Commission on 07.03.2011.
