UNICREDIT GRANTS A WITHDRAWAL RIGHT IN CONNECTION
WITH THE OFFERING IN GERMANY AND POLAND
Following the publication of the notice to investors on 28 January 2010, UniCredit S.p.A.
announces that it has resolved to grant investors who have subscribed for UniCredit ordinary
shares during the subscription period in the context of the public offering in Poland and Germany,
a withdrawal right to be exercised by no later than 4 February 2010.
Such withdrawal right must be exercised through the intermediaries through which shares were
originally subscribed for. No withdrawal right is granted to investors who have purchased rights
without exercising them or sold rights during the subscription period.
Please note that the above withdrawal right is not granted to investors who have subscribed for
UniCredit ordinary shares in the context of the public offering in Italy given that the Italian
Prospectus does not contain the inaccuracies contained in the English translation and referred to
in the above-mentioned notice.
