The Board of Directors of KDM Shipping Public Limited (the "Company") informs that on 9 August 2012 trading in the Company’s shares on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (the "WSE") started. Shares of the Company in the number of 7,096,000 were admitted to trading on the WSE pursuant to resolution no. 772 of the Management Board of the WSE dated 6 August 2012 and were introduced to trading on the WSE pursuant to resolution no. 775 of the Management Board of the WSE dated 8 August 2012.
For the purposes of listing on the WSE 7,096,000 shares of the Company were registered with the National Depository for Securities (Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A., the "NDS") pursuant to resolution no. 585 of the Management Board of the NDS dated 7 August 2012. The security identification number (ISIN code) of the Company’s shares is: CY0102492119.
Furthermore, the Board of Directors of the Company hereby informs that the Company has finished public offering of up to 3,500,000 Company’s shares. The offer price for one Company’s share was established at PLN 32.4 and the investors subscribed for 796.000 Company’s shares. The subscriptions from retail investors were accepted from 19 July 2012 to 24 July 2012 and subscriptions from institutional investors were accepted from 26 July 2012 to 27 July 2012. The final number of allotted and issued new Company’s shares was 796.000. The number of Company’s shares allotted was: 66,525 to retail investors and 729,475 to institutional investors. The new Company’s shares were allotted and issued on 27 July 2012. The Company’s issued share capital was increased to EUR 72,960.
The final value of the public offering amounted to PLN 25,790,400 (USD 7,620,601).
The net proceed from the public offering amounted to 7,008,045 USD including currency gain realized on the proceeds.
