Stan posiadania akcji
Na podstawie art. 70 pkt 1) Ustawy o ofercie publicznej i warunkach wprowadzania instrumentów finansowych do zorganizowanego systemu obrotu oraz o spółkach publicznych z dnia 29 lipca 2005 roku (Dz. U. 2009 r. nr 185, poz. 1439 t.j.), w nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego nr 24/2010 z dnia 25 sierpnia 2010 roku, Rada Dyrektorów Atlas Estates Limited ("Spółka") niniejszym informuje, że w dniu 26 sierpnia 2010 roku otrzymała informację uzupełniającą, w której Pricewaterhousecoopers Associates Limited działający jako trustee Atlas Project Purpose Trust ("PwC") zawiadamia, iż w wyniku dokonanego w dniu 23 sierpnia 2010 roku nabycia ("Nabycie") przez PwC akcji Spółki, udział posiadanych przez PwC głosów w Spółce przekroczył próg 5% ogólnej liczby głosów w Spółce ("Informacja").
Zgodnie z Informacją bezpośrednio przed Nabyciem PwC nie posiadał w Spółce żadnych akcji, ani głosów. Aktualnie PwC, działając jako trustee Atlas Project Purpose Trust, posiada 2.416.008 akcji Spółki, co stanowi 5,15% udziału w kapitale zakładowym Spółki (wyłączając akcje własne Spółki) i daje 2.416.008 głosów w Spółce, co stanowi 5,15% ogólnej liczby głosów w Spółce.
Zgodnie z Informacją PwC, działając jako trustee Atlas Project Purpose Trust, nie zamierza zwiększać udziału w ogólnej liczbie głosów w Spółce w okresie 12 miesięcy od dnia złożenia Informacji i nie posiada podmiotów zależnych posiadających akcje Spółki.

Holdings in Company
This announcement is being made pursuant to Article 70 section 1 of the Polish
Act on Public Offering, the Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments
to Organized Trading, and Public Companies of 29 July 2005.
In reference to the current report No. 24/2010 dated 25 August 2010, the board of directors of Atlas Estates Limited (the "Company") hereby announces that on 26 August 2010 it received a supplementary notice from PricewaterhouseCoopers Associates Limited ("PwC"), as trustee of Atlas Project Purpose Trust, advising it that as a result of the acquisition on 23 August 2010 (the "Acquisition") of shares in the Company, PwC’s share in the total number of the votes in the Company surpassed 5% (the "Information").
According to the Information, immediately prior to the Acquisition PwC did not hold any shares in the Company and did not have any votes at the meeting of the shareholders of the Company. PwC currently holds in its capacity as trustee of Atlas Project Purpose Trust 2,416,008 shares in the Company, representing 5.15% in the Company’s share capital (except for own shares held by the Company) and entitling the holder to 2,416,008 votes at the meeting of the shareholders of the Company, which represents 5.15% of the total number of the votes at such meeting.
According to the Information PwC does not intend to further increase its share in the total vote at the meeting of the shareholders of the Company held in its capacity as trustee of Atlas Project Purpose Trust within 12 months after the date of the Information and does not have any subsidiaries holding shares in the Company.
