Companies under No. B 153.489, (the "Company"), hereby informs that the following shareholders

held over 5% of the total votes represented at the Company’s annual general meeting of shareholders

held on 20 June 2012:

� Connektico Ventures Limited - 32 314 270 votes, constituting 100% of votes represented at

the AGM and 75% of total votes
