Pursuant to Art. 70.3 of the Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and Public Companies, Kernel Holding S.A. informs that the shareholders present at the Annual general meeting of shareholders held on 10 December 2013 at 15:00 CET the Company`s registered office, 19 Rue de Bitbourg, L-1273 Luxembourg, jointly held 42,420,365 shares out of total of 79,683,410 shares. The following entities named below were the shareholders representing at least 5% of the total votes during the meeting:

• NAMSEN LIMITED. The number of votes carried by the shares at the General Meeting: 30,810,657.00, equal to 72.6% of votes present at the meeting and 38.7% of the total vote.
