Banco Santander S.A. (“the Bank”) hereby informs that on 16th October 2015 directors of the Bank notified the Bank, that:

1) on 9th October 2015 he acquired 9 shares of the Bank by the way of free allotment of shares linked to “1/2/3 Account”,

2) on 9th October 2015 he acquired 2 shares of the Bank by the way of free allotment of shares linked to “1/2/3 Account”,

3) on 9th October 2015 he acquired 4 shares of the Bank by the way of free allotment of shares linked to “1/2/3 Account”,

4) on 9th October 2015 he acquired 1 share of the Bank by the way of free allotment of shares linked to “1/2/3 Account”,

5) on 9th October 2015 he acquired 1 share of the Bank by the way of free allotment of shares linked to “1/2/3 Account”.
