The Board of Directors of ASTARTA Holding N.V. announces the scheduled dates of publication of the Company's periodic reports in 2013:

I. Consolidated annual report for 2012 (including 3 months ended 31 December 2012 financial results) - April 15, 2013.

II. Consolidated semi-annual report for the 1st half of 2013 (including 3 months ended 30 June 2013 financial results) - August 22, 2013.

III. Consolidated interim reports:

For the 1st quarter of 2013 - May 14, 2013;

For the 3rd quarter of 2013 - November 14, 2013.
