The Board of Directors of ASTARTA Holding N.V. (the "Company") informs about the following amendment to the current report No. 2/2012 of 25 January 2012.

The Company will publish its consolidated annual report for 2011 on April 12, 2012 instead of April 19, 2012.

All other reports will be published as announced:

-Consolidated semi-annual report for the 1st half of 2012 - August 22, 2012.

-Consolidated interim reports:

For the 1st quarter of 2012 - May 10, 2012;

For the 3rd quarter of 2012 - November 12, 2012.
