The Board of Directors of ASTARTA Holding N.V. with its corporate seat in Amsterdam, The Netherlands (the "Company") announces the scheduled dates of publication of the Company's periodic reports in 2012:

I. Consolidated annual report for 2011 (including 3 months ended 31 December 2011 financial results) - April 19, 2012.

II. Consolidated semi-annual report for the 1st half of 2012 (including 3 months ended 30 June 2012 financial results) - August 22, 2012.

III. Consolidated interim reports:

For the 1st quarter of 2012 - May 10, 2012;

For the 3rd quarter of 2012 - November 12, 2012.
