Podstawa prawna art. 81 ust. 1 pkt 1 PPO
Zarząd Polskiego Górnictwa Naftowego i Gazownictwa S.A. (PGNiG S.A.) niniejszym informuje o następujących zmianach w treści opublikowanego w dniu 2 czerwca 2005 r. Prospektu Emisyjnego Akcji PGNiG S.A.
Rozdział V pkt 13.1.2.1
Tabelę nr 9 należy uzupełnić o koncesję na obrót gazem ziemnym z zagranicą. Ww. koncesja została wydana w dniu 29 sierpnia 2005 r. i pozostaje ważna do 31 sierpnia 2020 r.
Rozdział V pkt 19.1
"W tabeli â�� informacje ogólne â�� podmiot - PSG Sp z o.o. - liczba nieruchomości - 567 â�� łączna powierzchnia nieruchomości â�� 801.182,55m2"
otrzymuje następujące brzmienie:
"W tabeli â�� informacje ogólne â�� podmiot - PSG Sp z o.o. - liczba nieruchomości - 565 â�� łączna powierzchnia nieruchomości â�� 798.336,55m2".

W tabeli â�� podmiot - PSG Sp. z o.o. - nieruchomości posiadane w oparciu o tytuły obligacyjne â�� liczba nieruchomości â�� 125 â�� łączna powierzchnia nieruchomości â�� 104.798,55 m2"
otrzymuje następujące brzmienie:

Update of the Prospectus of PGNiG SA
Legal basis; Art 81 section 1 subsection 1 of the Law on Public Trading in Securities
The Management Board of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo S.A. (PGNiG S.A.) hereby announces the following changes to the Prospectus of PGNiG S.A. published on 2 June 2005:
Chapter V section 13.1.2.1
Table number 9 should be supplemented with the license for international gas trading granted on 29 August 2005 and valid until 31 August 2020.
Chapter V section 19.1
In the general information table, the line referring to PSG Sp. z o.o., the column referring to the total number of real properties reading �567", and the column referring to the total area of the real estate reading �801,182.55m2"
has been replaced with:
In the general information table, the line referring to PSG Sp. z o.o., the column referring to the total number of real properties reading �565", and the column referring to the total area of the real estate reading �798,336.55 m2".
Chapter V section 19.1.2
In the table, the line referring to PSG Sp. z o.o., the column referring to the number of real properties held on a contracts basis reading �125" and the column referring to the total area of the real estate �104,798.55 m2"
has been replaced with
In the table, the line referring to PSG Sp. z o.o., the column referring to the number of real properties held on a contracts basis reading �123" and the column referring to the total area of the real estate �101,952.55 m2".
