Podstawa prawna
Art. 81 ust. 1 pkt 1 Ustawy PPO - informacja powodująca zmianę treści prospektu
Zarząd Polskiego Górnictwa Naftowego i Gazownictwa S.A. (PGNiG S.A.) niniejszym informuje o następujących zmianach w treści opublikowanego w dniu 2 czerwca 2005 roku Prospektu Emisyjnego Akcji PGNiG S.A.:
Rozdział V, pkt 19.1.1
"W tabeli - podmiot â�� Spółka - liczba nieruchomości posiadanych na podstawie tytułu użytkowania wieczystego â�� 1.855 â�� powierzchnia nieruchomości posiadanych na podstawie tytułu użytkowania wieczystego â��7.402.270 m2"
Otrzymuje następujące brzmienie:
"W tabeli - podmiot â�� Spółka - liczba nieruchomości posiadanych na podstawie tytułu użytkowania wieczystego â�� 1.856 â�� powierzchnia nieruchomości posiadanych na podstawie tytułu użytkowania wieczystego â�� 7.402.830 m2"
Pkt.19.1.3
W pierwszej tabeli dane dla Spółki dotyczące liczby nieruchomości i łącznej powierzchni nieruchomości, czyli
"1.469*" oraz "861.300 m2"
Zostają zastąpione następującymi danymi:
"1.468*" oraz "860.740 m2"

Otrzymuje następujące brzmienie:

Update of Prospectus of PGNiG S.A.
Legal basis: Art 81 section 1 subsection 1 of the Law on Public Trading in Securities
The Management Board of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo S.A. (PGNiG S.A.) hereby announces following changes to the contents of the Prospectus of PGNiG S.A. published on 2 June 2005:
Chapter V section 19.1.1
In the table, the line referring to the Company, the column referring to the number of real properties held under the right of perpetual usufruct reading �1,855", and the column referring to the total area of the real estate held under the right of perpetual usufruct reading �7,402,270 m2".
Has been replaced with
In the table, the line referring to the Company, the column referring to the number of real properties held under the right of perpetual usufruct reading �1,856", and the column referring to the total area of the real estate held under the right of perpetual usufruct reading �7.402.830 m2".
Chapter V section 19.1.3
In the first table, the data regarding the Company reflecting the number of real properties and the total area of the real estate reading:

have been respectively replaced as follows:

Section 19.1.3
