KRKA (KRK): Acquisition of treasury shares - raport 66

With a reference to the public notice from 25 July 2014, Krka is informing the public that from 12 December 2014 up to and including 18 December 2014 Krka acquired 13,474 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 760,978 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange. Perspektiva d.d., Ilirika borzno posredniška hiša d.d. and NLB d.d. were brokers in these transactions.

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 144,011 representing 0.439% of all shares issued.

The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 157,485 representing 0.480% of all shares issued.
