Industrial Milk Company S.A. (the Company) informs that the transfer of shares to Russian Commercial Bank (Cyprus) Ltd. (a member of VTB Group) took place under the commitment of the Company to take out these shares during 6 months since 26.06.2012. Currently Russian Commercial Bank (Cyprus) Ltd. is the owner of 3,000,000 shares of the total of 31 300 000 which is 9,58% of the Company’s share capital and gives the right to 3,000,000 votes on the General Meeting which is 9,58% of the total number of votes on the General Meeting.

The transfer was made to secure receipt of financing from VTB Bank to the amount of 3,770,640 USD.
