PROPERTYF (PLE): Wznowienie realizacji programu nabywania akcji własnych/ The resumption of the program to acquire treasury shares - raport 88

Zarząd spółki Leasing-Experts S.A. z siedzibą we Wrocławiu ("Emitent", "Spółka") informuje, iż w dniu 18 sierpnia 2014 r. wznowił realizację programu skupu akcji własnych Spółki, zawieszonego z uwagi na okres zamknięty związany z publikacją raportu okresowego za II kwartał 2014 roku. O kolejnych transakcjach nabycia akcji własnych Spółka informować będzie, jak dotychczas, w formie raportów bieżących.

Podstawa prawna:

§ 3 ust. 1 Załącznika nr 3 do Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu "Informacje bieżące i okresowe przekazywane w alternatywnym systemie obrotu na rynku NewConnect".

The Management Board of Leasing-Experts S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław ("the Issuer", "the Company") announces that on August 18, 2014 resumed implementation of the share buyback program, which the Company suspended due to the closed period associated with the publication of the interim report for the second quarter of 2014. About the following share repurchase transactions, the Company will inform, as before, in the form of current reports.

§ 3, item 1 of the Exhibit no. 3 to the Alternative Trading System Rules "Current and Periodical Information in the alternative trading system on the New Connect market".
