INNOCOMM (ICM): Submission of application for a refund from EU structural fund - raport 6

The Management Board of the Company informs that we have submitted the

Project proposal of "Mobile Development Center in Brno" to the CzechInvest,

the investment and business development agency of the Czech Republic. The

Project proposal has been submitted on March 21, 2012.

The Project is registered under identification number 2.2 ITS03/455 and the

expected amount of the EU refund is up to EUR 0,20Mio. The "Mobile

Development Centre" project objective is to open and operate the Company

technical unit in Brno focused on application development and support and

maintenance. We plan to cooperate with the Technical University in Brno and

with the Science and Technology Park in Brno - South. The potential we see

in this Region are human resources and concentration of new business ideas

located in the Business Incubator located in the Science and Technology

Park.
