PHOENIX (PHO): Securing the surface rights for 2.158 MWp PV power plants in Italy / Nabycie praw do powierzchni dla elektrowni o mocy 2.158 MWp we Włoszech - raport 53

The management Board of Photon Energy a.s. announces that three Italian subsidiaries, fully owned by Photon Energy Investments IT N.V., signed the following agreements:

1. Photon IT SPV 1 s.r.l., signed a lease agreement for a rooftop site suitable for a 261 KWp photovoltaic plant in the municipality of Verderio Inferiore in Lecco province.

2. Photon IT SPV 2 s.r.l. signed a lease agreement for a rooftop site suitable for a 998 KWp photovoltaic plant in the municipality of Verrone in Biella province.

3. Photon IT SPV 3 s.r.l. signed a lease agreement for a rooftop site suitable for a 900 KWp photovoltaic plant in the municipality of Sirone in Lecco province.

The projects in Biella and Sirone involve the removal of asbestos roofs, which are supported by a EUR 0.05 /kWh premium to the feed-in-tariff by Conto Energia 4. Photon Energy is in the process of finalizing the authorization process and expects to complete and connect all three projects in 2011 Q4.

Photon Energy and its board members are unrelated to the principals of the respective contracting parties.

Zarząd Photon Energy a.s. informuje, że włoskie spółki zależne od Photon Energy Investments IT N.V., podpisały następujące umowy:

1. Photon IT SPV 1 s.r.l., podpisała umowę leasingową na budowę instalacji dachowej o planowanej mocy 261 KWp, w mieście Verderio Inferiore, w prowincji Lecco.

2. Photon IT SPV 2 s.r.l. podpisała umowę leasingową na budowę instalacji dachowej o planowanej mocy 998 KWp, w mieście Verrone, w prowincji Biella.

3. Photon IT SPV 3 s.r.l. podpisała umowę leasingową na budowę instalacji dachowej o planowanej mocy 900 KWp, w mieście Sirone, w prowincji Lecco.

Projekty w miejscowościach Biella i Sirone przewidują usunięcie dachów z azbestu, które objęte są taryfą gwarantowaną z premią w wysokości EUR 0.05/ kWh zgodnie z ustawą Conto Energia 4.

Photon Energy jest w trakcie finalizowania procesu autoryzacji i przewiduje zakończenie i podłączenie wszystkich trzech projektów do sieci przed końcem 4 kwartału 2011 r.

Photon Energy oraz członkowie jego organów nie są w żaden sposób powiązani ze stroną umowy.

Podstawa prawna: § 3 ust. 2 Załącznika Nr 3 do Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu - "Informacje bieżące i okresowe przekazywane w alternatywnym systemie obrotu na rynku NewConnect".
