PHOENIX (PHO): Photon Energy announces the signing of an EPC contract for a 0.5 MWp PV power plant - raport 47

The Management Board of Photon Energy on 5 August 2010 announces that its fully-owned subsidiary Photon Engineering s.r.o. signed a contract for the turn-key construction of a 499 KWp photovoltaic plant in Louny (Central Bohemia) with Golden Hill a.s. The total contract value is CZK 36.29 million (EUR 1.46 million, PLN 5.84 million).

Photon Energy and its board members are unrelated to the principals of Golden Hill a.s.
