PHOENIX (PHO): Photon Energy announces the signing of an EPC contract for a 1.5 MWp PV power plant - raport 33

The Management Board of Photon Energy announces that on 24 May 2010 its fully-owned subsidiary Photon Engineering s.r.o. signed a contract for the turn-key construction of a 1.5 MWp photovoltaic plant in Drnov (Central Bohemia) with FVE Drnov s.r.o. The total contract value is CZK 95 million (EUR 3.702 million, PLN 15.246 million).

Photon Energy and its board members are unrelated to the principals of FVE Drnov s.r.o.
