PHOENIX (PHO): Photon Energy announces the signing of an EPC contract for a 0.58 MWp PV power plant - raport 32
The Management Board of Photon Energy announces that on 21 May 2010 its fully-owned subsidiary Photon Engineering s.r.o. signed a contract for the turn-key construction of a 580 KWp photovoltaic plant in Jasenná (Královohradecký region) with J & P Solar Solutions s.r.o. The total contract value is CZK 37.6 million (EUR 1.449 million, PLN 6.015 million).
Photon Energy and its board members are unrelated to the principals of J & P Solar Solutions s.r.o.
