PHOENIX (PHO): Photon Energy announces the signing of an EPC contract for a 0.5 MWp PV power plant - raport 31
The Management Board of Photon Energy announces that on 19 May 2010 its fully-owned subsidiary Photon Engineering s.r.o. signed a contract for the turn-key construction of a 495 KWp photovoltaic plant in Zvíkov (Southern Bohemia) with Elektrárna Ortvínovice s. r. o. The total contract value is CZK 42.1 million (EUR 1.635 million, PLN 6.672 million).
Photon Energy and its board members are unrelated to the principals of Elektrárna Ortvínovice s. r. o.
