PHOENIX (PHO): Photon Energy announces the signing of a contract for the sale of photovoltaic modules by its fully-owned subsidiary Photon Import s.r.o. - raport 54

The Management Board of Photon Energy on 27 August 2010 announces the signing of a contract for the sale of 5.5 MWp of photovoltaic modules between its fully-owned subsidiary Photon Import s.r.o. and BS Park III. s.r.o. The net contract value is CZK 247.5 million (EUR 10.0 million, PLN 39.9 million). The modules will be used in the third phase of the Brno Solar Park project located at Brno International Airport. Photon Energy's fully-owned subsidiary Photon Engineering s.r.o. is the main contractor for the second phase of that project which will have an installed capacity of 7.61 MWp (see EBI report 44/2010).

Photon Energy and its board members are unrelated to BS Park III. s.r.o.
