PHOENIX (PHO): Photon Energy announces the signing of a 3 MWp photovoltaic project development and acquisition agreement - raport 36

The Management Board of Photon Energy announces that on 10 June 2010 Photon Energy a.s. has signed a framework agreement for the completion of the project development and subsequent acquisition of a photovoltaic project with an installed capacity of 3 MWp in the municipality of Radvanice in the Olomouc region with four private individuals. The total acquisition cost is CZK 33 million (EUR 1.27 million, PLN 5.26 million).

The project is expected to be prepared for construction by the end of July 2010 and grid connection is planned for 2010Q4. Photon Energy intends to build this plant for its proprietary portfolio.

Photon Energy and its board members are unrelated to the four private individuals developing the two projects.
