PHOENIX (PHO): Photon Energy announces the qualification for the ISO 9001 and 14001 certifications - raport 23

The Management Board of Photon Energy announces that on 4 May 2010 the company has received notification by Bureau Veritas of the successful completion of the audit for the ISO 9001 and 14001 certifications. Both certifications have been obtained for the parent company Photon Energy a.s. and all its subsidiaries and hence they cover the entire range of Photon Energy's activities and services.

Michal Gärtner, Photon Energy's CEO, added: "We are very clearly observing a strong trend among the banks providing project financing for photovoltaic projects towards professional, financially strong and certified EPC contractors with a successful track record of completed projects. Our ISO certification is a clear commitment by our company to quality and professionalism and we believe that it will provide us with an additional competitive edge across our integrated complex of photovoltaic projects and products as well as related services."

Photon Energy and its board members are unrelated to Bureau Veritas.
