IMMOFINANZ AG complies with the Austrian Code of Corporate Governance and, according to the Stock Corporation Act, IMMOFINANZ AG publishes in its annual reports the annual Corporate Governance Reports including in particular a reference to the applicable Austrian Code of Corporate Governance and explanations of any deviation from its rules. Consequently, IMMOFINANZ AG will not comply with the Polish Code of Best Practice for WSE Listed Companies as adopted by the Warsaw Stock Exchange Supervisory Board Resolution No. 19/1307/2012 dated 21 November 2012.
