BGSENERGY (BGS): BGS Energy Plus announces the signing of a contract for construction of a 740 kW biogas plant - raport 42

The Management Board of BGS Energy Plus announces that its fully-owned subsidiary BGS Biogas a.s. on 11th October 2010 signed a contract for construction of a biogas plant of 740 kW located in Kámen, Czech Republic with Výrobně obchodní družstvo v Kámeně, Kámen 90, 394 13 Kámen. The plant is scheduled to be built by Q1 2011.

The total contract value is CZK 67 000 000 (EUR 2 735 000).

BGS Energy Plus and its board members are unrelated to the principals of Výrobně obchodní družstvo v Kámeně, Kámen.
