For our Client we are looking for experienced candidates for the position of:

Job description Leading a team responsible for Customer Service within logistics Monitoring and managing workload within the team Reporting of team performance Providing performance feedback and coaching to team members; responsibility for staff training and education Resolving conflict and assisting others as required Identifying and presenting solutions for process improvements

Requirements BA/MA Experience within logistcs and preferably also in customer service Experience in people management (at least 1 year) Excellent communication skills (oral and written) Fluent knowledge of English (C1 level) Availability to 1-2 months training abroad
