5+ years in PgM or Delivery Manager position
Hands-onexperience of running outsourcing projects in banking area.
Excellent understanding of software development lifecycle end to end
Experience in running different engagement types: staff augmentation, managed service (capacity/output).
Experience in different types of contracting: T&M, Fixed Price.
Strong communication and presentation skills
Planning, control and monitoring project budget and all financial aspects
Excellent understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, ect.)
Willingness to travel on regular basis (every 1-2 months)
Certifications in project management are (PMP, PRINCE2) will be a plus
